Wallpaper removal. That's the whole business.

We take it off.
All of it.

Most painters treat wallpaper removal like a chore they got stuck with. We built a company on it. Paper and backing gone, leftover paste washed off, and the walls left how you want them: prime-ready for new wallpaper, or painted. Your call. Quoted flat from your photos, never by the hour.

Quotes answered within one business day. No in-home estimate circus.

What we remove

If it's stuck to a wall, we've stripped it. One layer or a few stacked up, last year's peel-and-stick or grandma's 1974 foil. The price is set before we start, not discovered halfway through your wall.

Standard removal

Single-layer paper or vinyl, properly installed and strippable. The straightforward job. Done fast, done clean, walls washed and ready for primer.

Painted-over & multi-layer

Paper that's been painted over, stacked two or three layers deep, or hung straight on unprimed drywall. These are the slow jobs. They come off a layer at a time, and there is no rushing them. We'll tell you from the photos what kind you're looking at.

Peel-and-stick rescue

Removable wallpaper that didn't. No tricks here: peel-and-stick either lets go clean or takes the paint with it, and nobody knows which until the first panel lifts. We start with a test section and tell you straight what you've got.

Borders, murals & foil

Kitchen borders, full-wall murals, grasscloth, foil and fabric-backed vinyl. The specialty papers that need the right solvent and patience, not a putty knife and hope.

Removal + paint

The crew that strips your walls can paint them too, so the room goes from papered to painted without hiring a second company. It all lands on one quote with one total.

Pre-listing removal

Selling? Dated wallpaper is the cheapest thing standing between your house and its listing photos. Fast turnarounds for sellers and agents on a deadline. Realtors: start here.

The finish standard

Every job, every crew, same checklist. This is what "done" means here. The job isn't finished until the photos prove it.

  1. Paper and backing fully offNot the face layer. All of it. Backing left behind is future bubbling under your new paint.
  2. Leftover paste washed offOld paste left on a wall ruins the next finish, so it gets washed down with hot water and hand-checked. Run a palm over the wall: smooth, not tacky.
  3. Left the way you want itPrime-ready for new wallpaper, or prime-ready for paint, or painted by the crew. Your call at quote time. Nicks and torn spots from the original install get pointed out, not buried.
  4. Room left cleanEvery scrap, strip and bag of debris hauled out by us. Floors swept. Nothing for the dumpster behind your garage.
  5. Photo-verifiedCompletion photos of every wall before we call it done. If a wall doesn't meet the standard, it gets fixed before you pay, not after.
  6. If we find mold, that room stopsIf we uncover what looks like mold, work in that room stops for good and you hear from us the same day. We do not disturb it, we do not work over it, and we do not come back to that room. A remediation company handles that room from there, wallpaper removal included.
  7. If the wall underneath is damagedSometimes paper hides damage that was there before we ever touched the wall: torn drywall face, old patches, water stains. If we uncover it, you get a photo and a price for the repair before anyone touches it. It is never folded silently into your number.
  8. The work is guaranteedEvery wall gets checked against this standard before the job is called finished. If a wall we stripped falls short of it, we come back and make it right.

How it works

No home-visit estimate, no salesman at your kitchen table, no hourly meter running while a crew learns your wallpaper the hard way.

Send photos + details

Photos of each room, rough wall measurements, and whatever you know: about how long the paper has been up, and who installed it if you happen to know. Bonus points for that last one. Their prep work decides how removal goes.

Straight answers

How much does wallpaper removal cost?

It depends on the paper, the layers, and what's under it, which is exactly why we quote from photos instead of guessing over the phone. Every quote is flat and in writing before work starts. A typical room runs in line with professional installation pricing; powder rooms and single rooms start at our job minimum. Send photos and you'll have a real number within one business day.

How long does a room take?

Most single rooms are done in a day. Painted-over or multi-layer jobs can take longer, and we'll tell you that from your photos, before you book, not from inside your half-stripped bathroom.

What if the paper was hung on bare drywall?

Then it comes off slow and careful instead of fast. It's the most common reason DIY removal tears walls up. We score, soak, and lift in small sections to keep the drywall face intact, and we flag this from your photos when we see the signs.

Do you paint or hang new wallpaper after?

Paint, yes. The same crew that strips your walls can paint them too, and it all lands on one quote with one total. Rather hang new wallpaper? We leave the walls prime-ready for it. Hanging is a different trade: we'll happily point you to a professional installer we trust.
